Ordering and payment

You can pay on our online store in various ways. With iDeal, Paypal, Klarna, Credit Card, Bancontact/Mister Cash or by bank transfer.

Pay with iDeal iDeal

With iDEAL you can order and pay safely and easily. You pay in your familiar Internet payment environment based on specific payment methods of your own bank. You can pay safely with iDEAL if you use online banking with ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regiobank, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, Deutsche Bank, Triodos or Van Lanschot Bankiers. Paying via iDEAL is done in the same way as online banking. You need a bank card and method of identification.

The iDEAL payments are carried out by Mollie.

Paying with PayPal 

When you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website during checkout. At the time of confirmation, an authorization will be performed from your PayPal account. After this, your order will be processed immediately. Once you have received your order, the outstanding amount will be credited to your PayPal account. Please note that you agree to the PayPal terms and conditions and thereby accept the PayPal processes.

How does the refund work after a return?

When you return products, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. You can specify in your PayPal account whether you want the refund to be transferred to your bank account. If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to transfer the amount back to your bank account. Unfortunately, another PayPal account cannot be used.

What if my order is cancelled?

In the case of a cancellation, we will refund the purchase amount back to your PayPal account.

Pay afterwards with Klarna 

Pay afterwards with Klarna is safe and easy. You can find the payment details for your purchase on the invoice you receive from Klarna. Of course, you can always look up the payment details by logging into the Klarna app.

For post-payment with Klarna you pay € 1 transaction fee.

Pay with a credit card 

You also have the option to pay with a credit card (VISA & Mastercard).

Pay with Bancontact

Bancontact/Mister Cash is the online payment system developed by the joint banks in Belgium. The banks are Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank and VDK Spaarbank. Are you a customer of the participating banks and do you use internet banking? Then you can use Bancontact / Mister Cash. Pay your purchase in a familiar banking environment.

Pay by bank transfer

Ordering by invoice at Ledwinkel-online.nl - the most convenient way of purchasing. You only pay after you have received the articles. We can only offer payment on account as a company and with a minimum purchase of € 500,- of LED lighting.

If you are a new customer, we will do a credit check. Please note that this may lead to a delay in the shipment of your order.

Based on Orbital Europe's internal credit guidelines we reserve the right not to fulfill orders on account. In that case you will receive an e-mail from us.

Please pay the invoice amount within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The amount can be transferred to the account of the bank listed below:

Is your order over €2500 ?

Then you will receive a message from us requesting you to send us an extract from the Chamber of Commerce via e-mail. Please ensure that you clearly state your order number in the e-mail. Once we have received this information we will process your order as soon as possible (provided that the credit check is also positive).
